The secondary purpose of the work program is to offset the costs of attending SOULS West.

  1. A non-refundable application fee of $25 is required when application is submitted.
  2. The account from the previous year must be settled before the student is permitted to enroll for each current school year.
  3. Students must provide $2,000 as a deposit toward their tuition for the current year at registration. Any remaining balances from previous years must be paid in full.
  4. The expenses of tuition, room and board are included in the annual cost of $8,880. Discounts will be given for accounts that are paid in full by the end of the school year . Any expenses of a personal nature incurred by the student will be the direct responsibility of the student (i.e., books, laundry, phone, etc.).
  5. Checks are to be made payable to SOULS West. A fee will be charged to the student for any insufficient fund checks received towards the student’s account.  Statements are available upon request.
  6. Each student’s account must be current to participate in graduation services, receive certificates, request transcripts, or to register for additional courses.
  7. SOULS West reserves the right to change rates at any time to absorb increased/decreased operational expenses.
  8. Students withdrawing from school will be charged on a prorate basis according to the date that drop notification is received by the school office. A full refund/final accounting cannot be given until the school office has had adequate time to issue final charges and credits to the student’s account. Refunds are calculated first on a weekly basis until 75% of a quarter is completed, then on a quarterly basis.
